The Siege of Coffin Island
8 pp · western-frontier

Black Diamond and his sidekick Bumper stumble upon two murdered Apache braves and discover they're the sons of the peaceful Chief Great Crow—a discovery that sets off a chain of deadly consequences when a ruthless railroad boss frames the hero for the crime to provoke an all-out Apache uprising. Caught between a vengeful tribe and a gang of cutthroats determined to wipe them out on Coffin Island, Black Diamond must find a way to expose the real killers before the siege claims everyone on that sandy strip of land.

Horse Laugh
1 pp

A outlaw on the run tries to lose a pursuing sheriff, but finds himself caught up in an unexpected bit of physical comedy involving a horse and a lesson in Roman riding. When a seemingly simple escape plan goes sideways, the fugitive discovers that sometimes the joke lands harder than any lawman's pursuit. This 1952 tale from Black Diamond Western delivers a wry twist on the typical Western chase story.

Comanche Cemetery
8 pp · western-frontier

Black Diamond and his partner Bumper find themselves escorting a stubborn wagon train through Silver Valley—a treacherous passage where Comanche attacks have turned the route into a graveyard—after the settlers refuse to wait for Army protection, driven by the promise of free land in an upcoming government run. With hostile warriors under Chief Grey Panther lurking in the valley and danger mounting at every turn, Black Diamond must keep the determined pioneers alive while contending with threats both from without and within their own ranks. It's a desperate race against time and bloodlust in the unforgiving frontier.

The Savage Sioux Mule Train Ambush
8 pp · western-frontier

Tom Morgan and his trusted friends Jack Warren and Bill Barber set out on a perilous journey to haul gold from the Maxwell claim, driving a mule train through treacherous mountain terrain with help from the seemingly generous James Phineas. When the group reaches the claim and begins their work, they must contend with a Sioux ambush that leaves them scrambled and searching for answers about who's really working against them.
