This is an anthology issue containing three humor comic strips by Bob Wilkin. "Horace Dragweed" follows a character who abandons school for maritime adventure, boarding a ship and hoping to encounter gangsters in America before departing England. "Lanny Regan of the Legion" depicts a legionnaire who is mistakenly assigned to kitchen duties and washup work, leading to comedic misunderstandings with his superior officer. "Lasso Lenny" shows a cowboy dealing with injuns who have wrecked a stagecoach, leading to his plan to trap the Redskins at a Fancy Dress Shoppe. "P.C. Pinchem" features a police officer who encounters a child crossing the road, then races a railway train, checks a driving license at a copper shop, and eventually gets even with Pinchem after six months of conflicts.
