In "The Phantom of the Fair," a mysterious figure known as the Phantom terrorizes the World's Fair, causing a seismic disturbance that traps fair attendees in the Medical-Science building. When young Helen Harvey becomes trapped inside, the Phantom rescues her by breaking through walls and guiding her to safety, revealing himself to be her father. As the building collapses around them with boiling acid destroying the structure, the Phantom uses his extraordinary abilities to help Helen escape through the chaos and safely reach the outside world.
