A young boy named Terry demonstrates the true spirit of Christmas by selflessly giving his favorite toy to Santa for distribution to a less fortunate child, teaching his parents an important lesson about generosity. The issue also features "Billy and Betty," a story about twin brothers who become entangled in a horse-racing scheme involving a con artist and a betting scam, ultimately resulting in one brother's arrest.
