Christine, a strawberry-blonde nurse, becomes the superhero Acromaid after injecting herself with a truth serum. Tasked with recovering the stolen Moon Diamond from the criminal Cobra and his associate Brutus, Acromaid infiltrates their tent and engages in aerial combat. During the conflict, Acromaid defeats Brutus, who falls to his death, while Cobra escapes with the diamond still in his possession. The issue ends with Acromaid surviving her own fall and vowing to continue pursuing Cobra.
