In late 1878 and early 1879 the British Empire provokes a war with the Zulu people and dispatches Lord Chelmsford into Zululand with a large army. However, after Chelmsford divides his forces and personally pursues what he believes to be the Zulu army, the actual army assaults Chelmsford's base camp at Isandlwana.
