Backed by an unnamed power, Mava uses leftover World War II weapons to conquer Africa. Konrad decides he'd rather side with Rulah, so Mava has him buried up to his neck near an ant hill and honey poured on his head. Later, when Mava is trying to escape from Rulah, she trips over his skull and falls into the ant hill.
