This alternate-history story follows the crew of the modern Aegis destroyer Mirai, which is transported back to World War II, as they navigate the moral and tactical dilemmas of intervening in the Pacific War. This installment continues the tense standoff between the Mirai's crew and the Imperial Japanese Navy during the Battle of Midway.
