This volume collects the first adventure of the Yvanaëlle series, originally published by Le Lombard in 1988. The story follows the titular heroine in a medieval fantasy setting, as she navigates intrigue and danger in the land of Mordorez. Created by a Belgian creative team, this album marks the beginning of a short-lived but visually distinctive series from the late 1980s Franco-Belgian comics tradition.
