This anthology issue contains two stories. "Little Troublemaker" follows Sally, a dance-hall girl who falls in love with Brad, a wealthy man who promises to marry her. When Brad leaves her for a woman of his own social standing, Sally becomes embittered and vengeful, attempting to sabotage his new relationship and marriage. The story explores her descent into troublemaking and the consequences of her desperate attempts to win him back. The second story, "Doctor Bill," centers on a country doctor named Bill who falls in love with Susan, a city woman, and asks her to marry him and move to his rural practice. When Susan initially refuses his proposal due to her attachment to city life, Bill leaves heartbroken; however, Susan eventually has a change of heart and agrees to join him, finding that a real home and genuine love matter more than urban sophistication.
