Their usual bickering takes a surprising turn when Steve, curt and dismissive, warns her to stay out of his way that night—only for a sudden interruption to send him rushing to her door, asking her to take the place of his canceled date. With Enric Sió’s expressive art capturing every flicker of awkward charm and unspoken feeling, this quiet moment of connection unfolds with a warmth that lingers long after the final panel. The cover by Mario Tempesti perfectly frames the story’s delicate balance of tension and tenderness.

When a wayward arrow misses the target and sails through a window, it goes through the hat of her next door neighbor. They seemed to argue every time they meet and this time was no different. He tells her to stay out of his way that night. When she asks if he is having a girl over, Steve says she is too young to understand. This infuriates her although she has to admit she really likes him. That night a second wayward error prematurely ends Steve's date with the other girl and he comes over to ask his pesky neighbor to take her place.
