Young Eagle #3

This issue contains two stories. "Uprising" follows Young Eagle's return from a long Scout campaign to find his tribe on the verge of losing their reservation due to conflicts stirred up by the troublemaker Hank Vedder, who has provoked fights among the people. "The Vanishing Herd" involves a thousand head of cattle disappearing from the range; Young Eagle tracks the herd to help recover it, but a blinding snowstorm leaves him stranded. When Durkin's men raid the Indian camp seeking revenge for white settler raids, Young Eagle must navigate a tense situation involving the captured white man and the tribe's desire for retaliation.
