Though even Aphrodite can't pinpoint his true origin, his chance meeting with Diana leads to a bond that defies fate, prompting the pair to journey once more to Washington. Written by Gerry Conway and brought to life by José Delbo’s dynamic art, with inks by Dave Hunt and colors by Jerry Serpe, this 1980 issue features a cover by Ross Andru and Dick Giordano.

Steve Trevor stammt aus einer anderen Dimension und durch seinen Überschall-Testflug durchbrach er die Dimensionsschranken und landete neben der Paradies-Insel. Selbst die Göttin Aphrodite weiß nicht exakt wo er herkam und so kann er nicht zurück geschickt werden. Es ist wohl Schicksal, dass Steve und Diana sich treffen und verlieben, also fliegen sie erneut zurück nach Washington.
