When Gay Frollick, founder of the Fun Foundation, attempts suicide following the death of employee Jack Clucas, Wonder Woman intervenes and offers to save the organization by funding it with one billion dollars—using the proceeds from selling Blue Ether, a revolutionary fuel. But when the foundation’s crooked sponsor, Ely Close, steals the formula and turns on Wonder Woman, the Amazon Maiden must protect the foundation and its people from a dangerous new threat.

In the sunken realm of Atlantis, where giant women rule and manlings are mere shadows, Wonder Woman arrives to find Steve Trevor imprisoned amid a brewing civil war. When Steve Trevor’s niece Dotsie is kidnapped by a mysterious gorilla, Wonder Woman springs into action—only to discover the creature is actually Giganta, a woman transformed by Professor Zool’s experimental evolution machine.
