Wonder Woman #772
In "Afterworlds Part 3," Wonder Woman pushes forward through the wreckage of battle, reclaiming the key to the Valkyries Fortress after defeating Nidhogg. With Thor’s forces rallying, she fights through overwhelming odds—only to fall, only to be brought back by Deadman’s ghostly aid, his presence a fragile thread to her fading memories. Now haunted by a twisted reflection of herself, she must confront her inner darkness before journeying to find the Valkyries and save Siegfried and the lost warriors. Written by Michael W. Conrad and Becky Cloonan, with striking art by Travis Moore and color by Tamra Bonvillain, this issue blends mythic stakes with intimate peril. The cover, by Travis Moore, captures her moment of resolve amid the storm.
