A group of female outlaws led by a pretty bandit named Sal take refuge in a saloon after escaping an earthquake, where they encounter a cowboy named Dan and refuse his demands for their stolen money. Marshal Steve Burns dispatches troops to stop the Kelly gang, but the women evade capture by heading to New Mexico; however, their plans are thwarted when the Kellys—unaware of the outlaws' presence—set up explosives for a special occasion, leading to a chaotic confrontation involving stolen money, gunfire, and a daring escape involving highway robbery and a car chase where the women ultimately elude the law.

Cowboy Maggie Queen Of The Barbary Coast
11 pp · Western-Frontier

Ruthless Cowboy Maggie rules San Francisco's Barbary Coast with a quick gun and quicker temper, running her saloon with an iron fist and a talent for bending everyone around her to her will—from rival suitors to lawmen to her own gang of rustlers. When a murder charge threatens to slow her down, Maggie's charm and connections prove just as deadly as her aim, and she's soon orchestrating cattle raids and consolidating power with dangerous schemes that keep the whole territory spinning. This 1948 tale captures a woman who answers to no one and plays by rules only she understands.

The True Story Of Stella Mae Irwin The Blonde Terror Of The Middle West
7 pp · Crime

Stella Mae Irwin earns her fearsome reputation as "Sure-Shot Stella" when she and her new husband Bennie Dickson turn to bank robbery for the thrill and money, starting with a daring heist just before her sixteenth birthday. As they pull off increasingly bold jobs across the Midwest, the young couple stays one step ahead of local law enforcement—until their luck draws the attention of federal authorities. Fast-paced and told with genuine crime-story swagger, this is the wild ride of two desperadoes riding high on adrenaline and stolen cash.

Bluff Poker
2 pp · Western-Frontier

A young man suspecting foul play in his father's death challenges "Butte" Bronson to a high-stakes poker game, betting his very ranch on the cards. When Bronson scrounges up the cash to call, the boy springs a trap—the serial numbers on the bills match those his father carried the night he was killed. With a clever bluff and a keen eye for evidence, Frank Peters may just have cornered his father's true murderer at the card table.
