Witchblade: Shades of Gray #3
In *Witchblade: Shades of Gray #3* (2007), Dorian spins a compelling tale for a skeptical Sara, backing his claims with an ancient portrait and a cryptic memory of a past Witchblade bearer. As the artifact itself warns Sara of his deceit, she flees—only to run into her new partner, Alice, heading up to Dorian’s apartment, prompting her to turn back. Written by Leah Moore and John Reppion, with interior art by Walter Geovani and colors by Romulo Fajardo Jr., the issue unfolds with tense revelations and shifting trust. The cover, by Eric Basaldua and Rick Basaldua, captures the moment’s unease in sharp, dramatic lines.
