Willie the Penguin encounters alien invaders who emerge from a crashed spacecraft and attempts to hide from them, eventually taking shelter under a bed. After being found, Willie is taken to see a doctor who diagnoses him with "the jitters" from his frightening ordeal. In a separate story titled "Whiskey the Bear in Coat Tale," Whiskey proudly shows off his new red coat to Billy, but after a narrow escape from a car accident involving a blue automobile, Billy accidentally ruins the coat, leading to Whiskey's anger. The doctor later prescribes Willie a picnic as a cure for his nerves.
