A professor's unethical experiments on kidnapped men and women end up as failures with the victims dead. When he experiments on a pregnant woman, she also dies but twin babies survive. The male is hideously deformed, but the girl appears normal. As she matures at an accelerated rate due to the professor's drugs, it becomes clear that she is not normal.
