This issue contains the story "The Bullet-Proof Bandit," in which Jack Fraser, a former road agent turned law-abiding citizen, is recruited by Jeff to help stop a pair of bank robbers operating in the town of Powderville. Fraser and Jeff devise a plan to catch the criminals by posing as townspeople and using an unused path to the bank, intending to surprise the robbers during their heist. The story also includes a supplementary feature titled "The Indian and the White Man," presenting a philosophical dialogue between an Indian and a White Man debating issues of justice, land rights, and peaceful coexistence between their peoples.

Jack Fraser, a small-time outlaw freshly released from prison, stumbles upon a suit of medieval armor in a museum while fleeing from pursuing lawmen—and realizes he's found the perfect tool to continue his criminal ways. Protected by the makeshift suit, Fraser embarks on a notorious career of banditry across the western frontier, though his newfound invincibility comes with unexpected complications. This obscure frontier tale reveals how one forgotten cowpoke briefly became the talk of the open plains.
