This is an anthology western comic containing at least two stories. "Pat and a Kid Called Billy" recounts the historical escape of Billy the Kid from the Lincoln County Courthouse in 1881, where Sheriff Pat Garrett held him awaiting execution; Billy slips his shackles, overpowers Deputy Bell, and flees on horseback while Garrett pursues. "Outlaw Code," a true story based on events in Lampasas, Texas, depicts brothers who engage in gunfights with the sheriff's office, with the narrative focusing on their lawless behavior and the lawmen's efforts to apprehend them.
