When a mysterious "death ray" begins terrorizing the city and demanding ransom from prominent businessmen, a young woman named Sally enlists the help of Dynamo to protect her fiancé Renard—only to discover that the real threat comes from an unexpected source. As Dynamo closes in on the truth behind the scheme, he must outmaneuver the villain Morell and stop a deadly plot before it claims another victim. With quick thinking and electrical prowess, Dynamo races to expose the deadly deception at the heart of the extortion racket.
