In "Bride's Dowry of Doom," composer Jonathan Purcell finds eerie inspiration in the ancient stones of Stonehenge, channeling their dark energy into a forbidden score. When the music awakens the druids in a ritual of sacrifice, Purcell must confront the monstrous legacy he unleashed—before the stones claim him too. Bill Molno’s evocative art brings the prehistoric horror to life in this chilling 1952 tale from Ace Magazines.

Composer Jonathan Purcell spends some days in a nice mansion next to Stonehenge. The druid stone monuments inspire him to write a "barbaric and wretched, unholy" music. When played, the druids come alive and perform human sacrifices at the altar of Stonehenge. Purcell fights them off and burns his devilish music sheets. The barbaric druids turn to stone.
