This is an anthology issue containing three war stories. "The Vietnam Non-Combatant!" follows a young lieutenant and soldier named Mulie who must defend a village from Nazi attack and prove that American and South Vietnamese forces can protect the locals. "Murder Mountain!" depicts soldiers engaged in combat in a jungle setting, executing a military operation against enemy forces. "The Pacific Beach!" rounds out the issue with additional wartime action. The back cover features a "Treasure Chest of Fun" section with various novelty items and mail-order advertisements typical of 1960s comic book offerings.

Sgt. Mulie BottsLt. Brains Howland

Sgt. Mulie Botts and Lt. Brains Howland scout a bombed-out Gothic chateau on Murder Mountain, a key Nazi strongpoint, hoping to secure high ground for the regiment to advance—but they discover the ruins aren't as abandoned as Army Intelligence claimed. Trapped inside with enemy forces closing in, the mismatched sergeant and officer must use their wits to fight their way clear of the chateau and its German defenders.

Non Combatant
8 pp · War

Corporal Dahl arrives in Mhu Dhin to train local militia against Viet-Cong insurgents—but his orders keep him out of active combat until intelligence work uncovers enemy agents within the village itself. When a massive Viet-Cong assault threatens to overrun the settlement, Dahl must decide how far he's willing to bend his non-combatant mandate to protect the people he's been instructing.

The Beach
4 pp · War

As dawn breaks on the landing beach, a Marine platoon faces the deadliest assault of their lives—coral reefs, enemy fire raking the shallow water, and an injured coxswain who's knocked their landing barge off course. With their lieutenant leading the charge through withering gunfire, the surviving men must fight their way across those final deadly yards of sand or die trying. It's a brutal, unflinching look at what it costs to take a beachhead.

The Super Weapon
3 pp · War

PFC Jake Anderson, a newly drafted citizen-soldier who doubts his own courage, finds himself thrust into combat against overwhelming odds—facing enemy troops, bayonets, and an advancing tank. Terrified and certain of his own cowardice, Jake discovers something unexpected when battle-fever takes hold: a hidden reserve of precision and tactical instinct he never knew he had. As the story unfolds, it becomes clear that the true super-weapon in any war isn't machinery or firepower, but the ordinary foot-soldier's will to fight.
