Wanted Comics #45

This issue contains two crime stories. "Killers on the Loose" follows the Chinatown Squad's efforts to halt bloodshed after wholesale arrests of the On Long tong gang; when Chung Maio, a slippery gang leader, escapes capture despite police efforts, assassins strike at the tong house, leaving him dead. The second story depicts a wounded patrolman, Harold Moore, returning to active duty despite a near-fatal knife wound to his chest; while investigating suspicious activity in a loft building on his beat, he discovers criminals at work and apprehends them despite his injury.
