When Super Goof accidentally causes earthquakes in the Latin American island of Carambia, he goes on trial and insists on serving time in jail even though he's offered a suspended sentence. The Beagle Boys, arriving on the island, take advantage of the situation by going on a crime spree since Super Goof can't do anything from jail.
