About this Collection

This one-shot comic collects the classic Donald Duck story 'Spring Fever,' originally published in 1941, along with additional Disney character features. The issue showcases Donald's chaotic attempts to enjoy the spring season, with art and story by Carl Barks. It was released as part of Disney's seasonal comic line in Spring 1991.

In "Spring Fever," Li'l Bad Wolf finds himself caught between family duty and a strange twist of fate when his grandfather sends him on a mission to trick the pigs at the old mill. With the pigs relying on mysterious "fortunetelling" cards for guidance, the plan takes a turn neither wolf nor pig could have predicted. Gil Turner handles the art and inks, while Janice Parker adds color to the whimsical chaos, all framed by Rick Hoover’s cover pencils and inks.
