Walt Disney's serier #2
"Ringaren från Notre Dame" delivers a hauntingly beautiful take on the classic tale, following Quasimodo’s lonely existence within the shadow of Notre Dame after losing his mother to Frollo’s violence. Written by Jeanette Steiner and brought to life by a talented team of artists including Brian Mon, Dan Spiegle, and Scott Tilley, the story explores Quasimodo’s isolation and the quiet rebellion sparked when Captain Phoebus begins to form unexpected bonds with both Esmeralda and the bell-ringer. The cover by Dan Spiegle captures the gothic mood of this 1996 Egmont release, a 32.50 SEK comic that remains a standout in the Disney series.
