Walt Disney's Donald Duck #13

When Donald Duck accidentally ends up with a full-size World War II bomber instead of the model plane he ordered, he sells it to the mysterious South American nation of Volcanovia. Taken there with his nephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie, he discovers that leaving the country requires becoming a national hero—though his best efforts only seem to make him a national menace.
