Venomized #3

The cover of Venomized #3 says plenty with striking economy — a red-armored figure grips a fire hydrant atop what appears to be a grave marker, all of it engulfed by writhing black symbiote tendrils spreading across a vivid yellow background. Nick Bradshaw's linework gives the creeping darkness an almost organic menace, making the lone figure look perilously close to being swallowed whole. Cullen Bunn's 2018 series is in full swing by issue three, and this image captures the symbiote threat at its most visually arresting.
