Venom: The Finale #2
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeVenom looms enormous against a full moon over a city rooftop, all gnashing teeth and spreading symbiote tendrils, while Spider-Man scrambles in the foreground — the cover screaming that you're "one second away from the ultimate Spider-Man/Venom clash." It's a tense, kinetic composition from penciler Mark Pajarillo and inker Robert Jones that captures exactly the kind of dread these two characters generate when put in the same frame. The second chapter of The Finale, written by Larry Hama with art by Pajarillo and inks by Pam Eklund on interiors, feels like a fittingly dramatic send-off for this era of Venom's solo run.
