While Venom confronts various villains out to capture or kill him to collect Lord Ogre's reward, Andrea wonders whether to tell Flash that she knows his secret. She goes to his neighboring apartment but finds Jack O'Lantern waiting to ambush Venom. In the ensuing battle, Andi's father is killed and she is mortally wounded, so Venom shares part of his symbiote, saving her life but transforming her into another symbiote host.
