Connie and her followers, Snapdragon and So-Hi, lament the death of Jeff (previous issue) in an erotic ritual. Sgt. Baker interrupts the group to warn them of twelve more victims who ended up just like Jeff. So-Hi and Snapdragon monitor the bus station and more cops monitor them. Snapdragon and So-Hi spot cultist monks abducting two boys fitting the profile of Bianca's preferred prey. They split up, with Snapdragon returning to fetch Connie. Beneath the city, the two victims are presented to Bianca while So-Hi is also caught by the monks in thrall to Bianca.
