Vampirella #2

Vampirella heads to Hollywood in this second issue from Dynamite, and Chrissie Zullo's cover captures the mood perfectly — a smirking, fang-baring Vampirella leans close to a ruggedly handsome man whose eyes are closed in what might be bliss or dread, all set against a warm sunset sky with the Hollywood sign glowing below them. Zullo's painted style gives the whole composition the feel of a vintage movie poster, glamorous and just a little dangerous. A great-looking entry in this series for fans of atmosphere and old-school Hollywood allure.
