Valentine #3 June 1961
"Only the Young" in Valentine #3 (June 1961, 5d) delivers a quietly eerie twist on fate and first impressions, with Josep Maria Miralles handling both art and inks. When Sue’s holiday takes a turn after a fortune teller promises her a life-changing encounter, she meets Harry—charming, elusive, and always rushing to tend to his aunt. But when she discovers the aunt never existed, the truth begins to unravel in a way that redefines the moment she first met him. The story’s haunting reveal is a masterclass in misdirection, all rendered in Miralles’ distinctive, expressive style.
