Valentine #29 November 1969
In "When the Sky Fell In," Marsha grapples with a painful revelation about the man she thought loved her, leading her to leave her father’s home and strike out on her own. Drawn to a solitary traveler who lives by his own rules, she begins to believe she, too, can find freedom in self-reliance—until a moment of unexpected compassion forces her to question what kind of life she truly wants. Francesc Monjo’s evocative artwork brings the emotional weight of this quiet, character-driven story to life, capturing the fragile hope and hard choices of a young woman stepping into her own.
