The shock of learning about Rick causes Lisa's condition to worsen and the doctors are forced to perform an operation straightaway. Upon learning of Lisa's plight, Rick confesses to Judy that he had played up to her to get to know a nurse to help his partners steal drugs from the hospital. Suspecting Rick might double-cross them, his partners burst into his room, but the police arrive in time to arrest them.
