When Mary's boss took her to a conference at the hospital, she gets lectured for looking a little pale by a Scotsman who is a complete stranger. She replies that if she wants advice about her health, she'll go to a doctor only to discover she is talking to a doctor. Her job often requires her to work late hours and she wonders if the doctor might be right about her health. She goes for a walk, but ends up five miles from town and no bus for two hours. Then the doctor drives by and offers to give her a ride. When he stops to check in on a patient, she sees the doctor in a new light.
