When rough men start working on the new motorway outside her family's house, Jean has mixed feelings about Jack, the most maddening of the crew. Jack gets jealous when Jean's cousin comes to visit and they have a fight. After the fight Jack can't think of anything but Jean and drives his tractor through the wall.
