Felicity loses her job when her boss is offered a chance to write film scripts in America. Then she gets a postcard from her boyfriend who has taken a job as a hotel clerk in Majorca. Felicity and Gillian meet at a coffee-bar and write down all the things that had gone wrong, then burst out laughing. Two boys come up to say how nice it was to hear someone happy and asks them to dance. Felicity hopes that this time it will be a nice, quiet, ordinary romance... with a happy ending.
