Valentine #10 March 1973
In "The Secret of the Villa Rose," a 1973 IPC comic from the Valentine series, au-pair Angela finds herself drawn into a growing mystery at the Villa Rose in the south of France. When a charming stranger named Marcel appears on the beach and agrees to watch the children, his sudden disappearance—along with them—leaves Angela questioning everything she thought she knew. With atmospheric art by Altamra and inks by Altamira, this issue blends quiet unease with a lingering sense of the uncanny, all set against the sun-drenched backdrop of a seaside estate.
