A scientist who's fed up with mankind getting closer and closer to war, invents a powerful machine that can create a mini black hole. He plans on using this machine to threaten humanity to stop their destructive ways. After he's confronted by warlike aliens from another dimension who want the machine for themselves, he realizes he can't bring about peace by threatening people with violence.
