Matt Taylor's cover for this March 2017 Vertigo issue is a striking study in teal and acid-green: four armed figures stand in tense formation before a burst of radiant light, framed above and below by the gaping jaws of a massive creature. The composition — hunters inside the mouth of something far larger — sets a mood of precarious confidence that feels entirely at home in Williams, Dowling, and Winter's series. "Through the Door" promises exactly the kind of charged, uneasy atmosphere that has made Unfollow one of Vertigo's more compelling mature-readers titles of 2017.
