Uncanny Inhumans #17
This striking issue of The Uncanny Inhumans features a cover by Jeff Dekal that is equal parts elegant and unsettling — a masked figure in a tuxedo spins a yellow-skinned, antenna-crowned woman in a red dress across a darkened floor, their flowing ribbons of fabric sweeping outward like a storm. Looming at the edges of the composition, pale, shadowy onlookers watch from the periphery, lending the dance an eerie, almost predatory atmosphere. Charles Soule leads the creative team alongside artist R. B. Silva, inker Adriano Di Benedetto, and colorists Java Tartaglia and Andrew Crossley for what promises to be a compelling chapter in this 2017 Marvel series.
