Uncanny Avengers #27

The Unity Squad looks anything but unified on this chaotic cover by RB Silva, with Rogue front and center, wide-eyed and tumbling through a shower of rubble alongside the Scarlet Witch, a fiery Sunfire, and at least two more teammates sent sprawling in every direction — even a stop sign and what appears to be a skull-adorned staff are caught up in the mayhem. Writer Jim Zub, artist Sean Izaakse, and colorist Tamra Bonvillain bring their "Push and Pull" story to issue #27, and if this cover is any indication, the team is being pushed very hard indeed. It's a wonderfully kinetic snapshot of Marvel's mutant-and-Avenger alliance at its most gloriously overwhelmed.
