“La malédiction d'Halloween”

"La malédiction d'Halloween" delivers a chilling Halloween tale in Un Récit Complet Marvel #4 (1984), where Jarvis helps Vision and the Scarlet Witch settle into their new home in Leonia—only for a cursed Druid Tome, unearthed by Captain America, to unleash the ancient entity Samhain. As the Halloween night grows darker, Samhain transforms trick-or-treaters into monstrous agents and confronts Wanda with a terrifying revelation: he is the eternal spirit of All Hallows Eve. Written by Bill Mantlo and illustrated by Rick Leonardi, with inks by Ian Akin and Brian Garvey and colors by Bob Sharen, the story builds with eerie suspense. The cover, by Jean Frisano, captures the haunting mood perfectly.

Jarvis helps Vision and the Scarlet Witch move into their new house in Leonia on Halloween and delivers a Druid Tome that Captain America had found. Escaping the Tome, Samhain mutates several trick-or-treaters (Jack O'Lantern, Goblin and Ghost) and has them attack Jarvis and Vision. Samhain confronts the Scarlet Witch and reveals to her that he has been worshipped throughout history and that he is the "Eternal Embodiment of All Hallows Eve". Wanda defeats him by burning the Druid Tome. Robert Frank arrives, claiming that he's Wanda's father.
