Un putain de salopard #2

The dense, shadow-drenched jungle rendered by Olivier Pont makes for a genuinely arresting cover — two young figures pick their way through an overwhelming tangle of tropical foliage, small and vulnerable against the towering canopy pressing in around them. Régis Loisel and Pont's "O Maneta" is the second chapter of Un putain de salopard, published by Rue de Sèvres in 2020, and this image promises a story where the wilderness itself feels like an antagonist. If you enjoyed the first volume, this continuation looks set to deepen the atmosphere of unease in equal measure.
