History

Ultimate Wolverine is written by Chris Condon—previously known for the noir series That Texas Blood—with Alessandro Cappuccio as the series' primary cover and interior artist; Cappuccio stepped back from interior duties for issue #13, replaced on pencils by Domenico Carbone for this arc. The series launched in January 2025 as part of Marvel's second-generation Ultimate Universe line set on Earth-6160, with the character of this Logan having debuted slightly earlier in the one-shot Ultimate Universe: One Year In (December 2024). Issue #13, released January 7, 2026, is officially the fourth tie-in chapter within the Ultimate Endgame crossover event, which ran across all the concurrent Ultimate titles as year two of the imprint wound down.
