An anthology featuring two stories by Gladys Parker: "Mopsy's Photo Studio," in which the title character takes comedic photographs at her studio, including mishaps with a client trying to pose while she captures unflattering shots, and a sequence where she disrupts a weather forecast to photograph a radio host, then takes an outdoor photograph that results in an accident. A second story, "Mopsy," follows the character as she walks a dog through various misadventures, including getting tangled in rope, getting caught in rain, and ultimately walking the dog successfully in the park.

Pistol Packing Pattie catches Cass red-handed after one of his mean tricks and accuses him of cowardice for running away—but Cass insists there's a crucial difference between being a coward and simply being cautious. This 1955 humor story plays out the classic comedy of self-serving logic as the characters debate just where that line really falls.

Pistol Packing Pattie confronts the chronically lazy Parkins about his refusal to work, reminding him he needs to support his younger siblings instead of waiting for the "perfect" job. When Parkins claims he has a good head for business, Pattie suggests he'd be perfect for the lumber business—and then delivers a cutting punchline that leaves him speechless. A snappy one-pager that proves sometimes tough love and a well-timed joke are all you need to get a laugh.
