Casper sets his heart on helping others, using a crystal ball to find someone in need—only to stumble into a trail of chaos following a mysterious pink cloud that grants wishes with wildly unintended consequences. As the cloud drifts through the skies, each wish it answers spirals into something far worse than the original problem.

Casper and his new animal friends follow a mysterious pink cloud into Scary Swamp, where they discover a crocodile has damaged the crystal ball that holds their earlier wishes. With the cloud’s strange power still active, the group must figure out how to use it before their wishes spiral further out of control.
